If you have not been to see us before we will need to look at the referral from your doctor. This is so we can prioritise appointments and ensure we have all the information that we need to make your appointment as useful as possible. Sometimes your doctor will have already directly sent the referral to us but, if not, please email your referral to [email protected] or fax it to 02 61622590.
Important information
- “We’re Cashless” – Our medical centre no longer accepts cash payments. We kindly pay using EFTPOS, MASTERCARD or VISA. We do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.
- “Wear a mask if feeling unwell” – If you are experiencing any illness or have viral symptoms, please notify the staff immediately to receive a mask. You must wear a mask at all times while feeling unwell. Thank you for your cooperation.
If not booked when you come to see us, followup appointments can be booked by phoning 02 61661133 or through the booking portal. Login details for our booking portal are provided after your initial appointment is booked.
